Unable to deft cast

Keybind to hotkey #1 as it was before the patch

Enter combat and hold down 1

GCD indicator flickers like crazy on my CA/cleanse but the gem just sits in the draw pouch. Sometimes itll cast, most times it does not

Press 1 key repeatedly with same issue

Only happens on my deft cast DCDD, not my deft cast DCDoT

Character in question had a scroll bar bug before the update where the mousewheel would scroll from inventory 1/6 to 6/6 and had to manual click between the middle rows. That issue is now corrected.

Full relog of the toon still yields same results regrding the casting issue.

Disregard. The patch assigned my pet swap to 1 also so I was swapping pets like a frantic spaz without meds.
