Casting Right to Left
If you have more than one gem available to cast and autocast is on, your gems will be cast from left to right. I would think you'd want your Sleight of Hand gem (far right) to be cast before any others.
A toggle to allow you to choose direction would be nice, if possible.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
