Default Global cd acting weird when using gems

After the new client update, sometimes the global cool down just keep circling around if i'm holding "1" (key for drawing gems). The gems will not be drawn when the global cd act crazy like that. I have to re-hold the key to fixed it

Please fix it, cannot keep my eyes on the monitor all the time.

Still having this problem, rarely happen than before upgrading to 3.199. When i checked the monitor the cd just circling around and got this disconnected timer, is it because the primary request too high? i'm just holding the gems key and sometimes key for ca and cleanse.

Sorry it took until X.203 to fix, but thank you for confirming it is finally done. It was a difficult one.
