Default Primary Request Rate
A new thing to me.... "Primary request rate too high."

Is this another symptom of poor pc/ip? I'd expect it to just be another "That ability is still on cooldown." I've gotten it several times today. It seems like it is a collision of cool downs - like a gem just cast, but I try to c.a. However, I can't consistently get it to recur.

I'm getting 'movement request rate too high' messages, often when recalling back 1s of t4 after hitting t5.

I doubt it's related. It usually happens when mashing the W key as I'm recalling.

We turned on some extra warnings that the server can generate to help diagnose the problem with client lockups. They won't be there forever.
