Should be +5 -5 for pets, +10 - 10 mob lvl for gear.

You roll a random gem type and then it finds you the correct level for the zone. Regenesis is the only epic gem of that gem type so you get that. I've had 2 of those drop in FoNR.

I've seen a Pet Haste R5 gem drop in Fungi, but wtf, a level 30 gem at redwood? that's amaze-balls so OP trolling at teh finest. more trolly than getting 1 recall drop at river bridge,... lol. my gosh, what in the hell is that?

in 95+ zones you can get the highest ranked gem of any line.

sacrigenesis.
pet haste.
melee haste.
sharpened steel.
weighted.
bifurcated blade.
split shaft.
reaper.
ranged haste.
broadhead.
any epic auras i'm forgetting at max rank.

then you also got max rank of each dd, heal, shield, and dot.
