Default Bloodhound ability

at lvl 10 it should halve the cd, while lower lvls seem more efficient than they should be
track lvl 89=4:50 cooldown (100%)
comp effective lvl 1=~4:26 cd (~91%)
comp effective lvl 2=~4:02 cd (~83%)
comp effective lvl 3=~3:43 cd (~77%)

is the effect scale supposed to be like this, as by this logic there's no point in feeding the comp to lvl 10.or my math sux :[

kay so. 4:50 seconds. let's make easy math. 60 seconds in a minute. so 240+50.
290 seconds.


290-8% =266.8 (4 minutes 26.8 seconds)
266-9% =242.06. (4 minutes 2.06 seconds)
242-8% = 222.64 (3 minutes 43 seconds)

is one way to look at it.

290-23% = 223.3 seconds (3 minutes 43 seconds)

is another. you're still a ways off from full 100% reduction. so why wouldn't you cap it.

because lvling a comp is a pia and the effect is diminishing, and the diminishing part is what's confusing me, shouldn't it be consistent :[
