Password Change Autorelog
Changing password followed by a reboot or putting your computer to sleep results in the client trying to autorelog with the wrong password, then locking you out and forcing you to enter captchas on all your toons.
'Password successfully changed' should disable autorelog on that client.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
