Inability to resource after arena match

Sometimes, very rarely, when I kill mob and get pulled into arena during looting or between exiting and resourcing, after the match ends, I won't be able to resource. I've also farmed 2 toons in the same pve combat when they get pulled into arena during looting but only one can resource in the aftermath.

Now, Brain just told me he just had the same thing happen to him, after he lost to me in arena, he could resource pinkyandbrain but not brain, which confirms that I wasn't just drunk or going crazy.

I do not know how to replicate this and but I will keep an eye out for this happening and write down any additional details I can remember each time it happens.

Confirmed same issue .

After arena random toon is unable to resource (always 1 out of 3 and usually the one who died first in arena/leader )

It happens nearly every time but cannot figure why.

Is everyone actively looting or all going to one toon? Maybe related to exit click?

You might be on good track . Last time it keeps happening the "looting"toon was unable to resource. Could be the issue for not pressing exit . Will pay attention to it

Yes I do let one toon take everything in looting. There may indeed be a connection to this and the bug. I will have to test with some more arena farming when I have the time to do so and run my screen recorder hoping to catch it on video.

I boss farmed 3 toons on separate spots in gob swamp while in arena. They get randomly pulled into a fight at various stages of boss being dead. I can resource if boss is over half dead but can't trap even if boss was already dead and chest was collected. I tried to forage and it works, however trapping doesn't. Any idea why? Combat was done, chest was collected and before i was able to click exit fight i got pulled in arena.
It's not a big deal at all but it'd be nice to know

If in combat (even after combat has ended and am just in looting screen) yes i do get that message. If combat has not ended but is towards the end of the boss' life i also get the message "you have been refunded rrt used". Either way i can forage and hunt, but not trap when this happens.

Walking through mosslands. Random boss. Tickles and Huggles are grouped on same square. Kill boss.

No treasure to open. Combat interrupted by arena match. (Same on both toons).

During match, Tickles dies. Huggles survives. After match, Tickles can resource with both his available methods (Dust and Bow Hunt), Huggles can't do any of his (Dust, Bow Hunt, Atl'Atl, Fishing).

Death is possibly significant. No clue.

When walking through a square and encountering a random boss, the first toon to enter the square was able to resource after the match whereas the second was not, regardless of deaths (both survived).

Was able to replicate this multiple times. Will try reversing the order.

Order reversed, same result. Will try switching group order.

Switched group order. At first, Rinku was group leader, Tickles was 2nd, Huggles was third. Test again with Rinku leader, Huggles 2nd, Tickles 3rd. No change to the result. Tickles able to resource when walking onto a mob, Huggles unable.

We have not positively identified the cause of this, but we are making a patch tonight that has the potential to help. Please let us know if the problem persists. If it is easy to reproduce, please also provide a video or screenshot.

The patch didn't fix it. I get the same error. I work 3 toons, all the same arena team, if arena starts before I exit, I get the message "Combat interrupted by arena match" BUT only 2 of 3 toons get to resource afterwards - for some reason usually (maybe always, not sure) Barsoom doesn't get to resource while Hellokitty and Beastkitty do. It doesn't seem to matter if I have clicked the chests or not.

Something similar happened to me. I farm in group and tried to do arena match yesterday. In 2 of the 4 matches interrupted the farming the leader of my arena team could not resource after match, but the two others did resource normally.

That could be it. Huggles is team leader and is seeing the same issue.

We've put an embarassingly high amount of hours into tracking this down without any luck yet. If the player who can't resource is always the same one, ie the _arena_ team leaders, regardless of group configuration (ie who is the group leader at the time), that would be an important piece of the puzzle.
