Changing Equipment Sets

"will only change the parts that differ" Does this mean if the suit is different but there is no weapon in the second suit it will leave the weapon equipped but change the suit that is different?

Would this mean if I have the same weapon in both sets the weapon delay is not reset ?

When you change an inv set you incur attack delays.

If you use the built in feature that changes inv/gem/run at once, yet the combo you selected doesn't require inv to be changed because it is your current set, you no longer incur attack delay penalties. That's what it means. It won't make much sense if you don't use one of the clients that have the hotbar.

seems a rather unfair advantage for people who can't use the client/webgl version of nod.

I know a few people who aren't able to use the webgl, or the standalone client.

if browser had the same options as client I would be on browser :\ browser can stack tabs atleast and center the screen <.<

A lot of companies disable a lot of options like downloading/uploading, most OS are completely locked down even. The risk for a company is just to great so your options are set back to a minimum so you can only do your job. In addition an example, a lot of companies will not allow any employee to go to any social media and will narrow the search words you can use for Google or any other search engine.
