Default Lingering bleed
Needs a new name! thinking Frenzied Predator

This skill allows non-critical pet hits to give up to 25% of the damage as a bleed over 30 secs, at a max lvl of 100.

Any additional or editions to the skill is more than welcome just had a base idea tbh.
