Group Acumen Bonus While Queued

Now when players are in the queue during solo arena season they will receive the typical Group Acumen skill bonus as if they were grouped, multiplied by 1.1 of what it normally would be. This means they can receive up to a 55% bonus as opposed to the standard 50% when "solo grouped." This will mainly be of use on S2 where the queue times can be lengthy, and should encourage players to remain in queue to maximize their farming.

The current %s displayed on the win/loss tops lists are correct, but the actual win/loss amount is not. We have correct the cause, but it will be a while before the list auto-corrects itself.
