Sometimes, i'm just sitting in one spot doing nothing when i hear a ingame sound such as the battle completed ding or the sound from someone opening trade with me. Sometimes, i'll hear the trade sound during combat with the combat music. Although i was lagging quite a bit, i doubt this is related since i'd hear the same sound like the battle completed ding several times without doing anything. (i've heard it twice while typing this)
