This is the part that Glitchy formulates to his liking.
(X*Level)=Y*(1/2 every 5 seconds)

Pretty much a version of testudo for regeners w/ reg as their primary stat point.

these days i do not stand a chance to ANY end game dotter in lgs. everyone else is i have 40-70% win rate depending on how the weather is. dotters on the other hand just stack. stack, stack, stack, stack, stack, BOOOOOOOM!
there goes a rupture for 18k and back to town i go. like i said, not even a chance.

also, why is it that every group of stat points has their own skill tree except regen stats?

there should probably by a skill tab specifically for us regeners w/ maybe some more unique skills.

you and me both stoopid dotters *keeps mumbling for hours and hours before drinking beer* i do however like this skill idea might be a lil op tho depending on the numbers used

the numbers are for glitch to decide. also the idea is intended to only work should you have spill over. if your missing 5k hp and are trying to regen it back but cant, the skill will remain useless.

Just make overcleanse influence overregen by some amount.

I don't see how this will help you...if dot regenners can also build this testudo like shield it will just make fights longer.
