PVE DoT Skill
This skill provides up to a 10% chance (depending on your CNC) for any damage over time gems cast in PvE combat to deal 15% damage instead of being resisted. If this skill activates, the cast gem cannot trigger an outbreak, deathflow, rupture, daze, gift of light, or dividends. This is an epic skill and takes 100x exp to level.

Just repeat for multiple effects.
DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
