Are you crazy? You want people to have to buy gems just to block with a shield? Hell no! I like blocking just the way it is.

You apparently don't know what he means by shield gems. They are damage absorb gems which are unconnected with blocking skills or gear. Unless you know a way to use a shield and staff at the same time. If you do, I will geef gold, teach me.

Also, holy sweet **** but you love to spam the forums. While forum input is usually appreciated, more than a few days worth of Nodding experience is helpful. Consider asking in civil or uncivil and clan chats to see if you have a valid point or an accurate position before you make a complaint or comment.
