i understood that everyone had a chance for 1 if they lived....i however am a poor tank and failed to draw a taunt.

I will go jew 2nd soon enough because of beasts....if i had taunted ill would have at least survived to find out

pretty awesome looking bow, im pretty confident i could break 3k damage with it, although i wont find out because i want the fast bow

hopefully it will have a good poison proc on it too

If it is like the other weapons with dot/direct damage procs it should be the delay. So 47%. Except arrows which are every successful hit.
