Everyone always gets a "that person is blocking all blah blah" message from me when trying to trade quickly... I'm not blocking anything it's starting to get annoying....

Then you need to do two things to fix this...
1. Raise both hands over your head.
2. With a good amount of force, slame them down with a fist shape on to your keyboard.

Might be because you are a PK. It is a necessary evil to prevent people from knowing you are a PK when offering certain actions to your character.

Has the account ever been a PK? This is what would cause this I believe. It used to happen to me but I turned the option off and it stopped.

nope, never been a pk. no filters on to turn off... it started happening after I accepted a duel when the person was walking off my sq.

I've always had this problem with people who have filters off. I still get the blocking message.

Looks like the "Prevent non-buddy offer spam" toggle isn't working properly on any accounts - not just yours. We will fix it.
