I have yet to see any evidence that Glitch understands my complaint. He keeps referring to gems to keep people in combat to begin with. Keeping them in isn't my complaint. Keeping the OUT after they've CHOSEN TO LEAVE is my issue. Let's let Glitch respond for himself, shall we?

Never disputed that. At the same time, I'm allowed to argue my point. I haven't seen any real reason why this was "purposely implemented". Doesn't make any sense to me why someone should be able to flee combat and then hop right back in all freshened up.
If I'm fighting a group of 3, and one flees, they should be out for good. Hit me up again when I've finished dealing with the 2 that didn't lose their nerve. Re-entry is garbage and shouldn't be allowed.

So you're saying that the only way PK's should be able to prevent an obviously exploitable effect is to prevent them from leaving in the first place?
In that case, we should be doing away with SB items. If players want to keep their stuff they should learn to beat the PK.
Oh, and also everyone should stop asking for skills to help balance Nod. They should learn to adjust to the uber OP players.
Oh, and capped toons should stop asking for new content to play. They should learn to keep their mouth shut and grind.

They can't renew testudo if you prevent them from escaping, simple as that. Get a pouch full of taunts instead of escapes and keep them from running.

I have a pouch full of taunts, and a second full of escapes. I don't use the escapes unless it's time to go, and by that time I'm admitting that I'm going to die. PK's can't use escapes just to jump back and refresh testudo. Simple as that.

It's way past time to fold them. Glitchless has made it clear it is not concerned about this issue and has no intention of changing the current system. Time to move on to a winning hand. This isn't it.

Because if a nongrouped PK flees from combat and immediately reforces, it resets testudo for everyone involved, not just the one character.

seeing as you can't re-enter a boss fight if you escape and a team member stays i don't think you should be able to re-enter a pk/pkk fight

that certainly does add some stradegy to PKKing, but perhaps there could be an added stradegy to pking then as well, since ppl can refresh their testudo...
