Agreed here... I too am one who pre-ordered, and did so on many occasions, at least half a dozen times with one time being for twe TC's, and EVERY TIME I received my TC's. Granted, there were a couple of times where he PM'd me to say "I need an additional day", but he always delivered. There was even an instance where I told him to hold off on getting me the one he owed me so that he could take care of a whiner that just couldn't wait, with threats of reporting him for scamming. A couple of days later I received my TC.

Did he like me and Rpbns more then everyone else? Maybe, I dunno. I always treated him with respect and up until the end, even with all the crap going on, he treated me the same way.

Personally I am sorry to see him banned. I believe that he would have indeed made good on all his pre-orders. But now we will never know. Good job guys...



BTW Gore, I now hold you responsible for getting me back my last pre-order amount of 100k since, due to your actions, it is likely I will never see it coming from Torak.

that has to be one of the STUPIDEST most idiotic things ive ever seen posted on these forums...he got banned cause he scammed people and openly admitted he didnt plan on paying them back so u took the risk when u preordered so you lost ur money

Seems to me not banning an IP was pointless, We now have Shimmer, he still claims he wants to repay those he owes. He has given a new time frame of when he will pay debts but the time frame is always open ended. Just ban his IP and be done with it. If he is smart enough to find a new IP he is not smart enough to keep it hidden any better than he has hidden his new alts.

I am here to merely inform the people I do owe that The TC's will be on time [The 7th of September] As long as I am not unable to pay them off. That being said...

This has gone too far. I have made it clear with any alt I use WHO I am to the T. I am not trying to hide from this like a real scammer would - I'm making it clear that yes i do owe some people right now. What I'd like to bring to some people's attention is simply that I have Quite a few buyers of these "pre-order" Timecards who can attest to me getting them to them. The list includes but is not limited too:

Arceneaux
Bidemion
Binoldar
Gliggles
MasterArcher
Rpbns (Sadly)
Baalruka (spelling is off, but he was member of old Union clan)

...ALL of these people and then some have been buying off me and getting TC's for a while. Some of them have bought over 100$ in Timecards in the course of our business.

So I ask, why would I Scam anyone??? You say "Greed" or "gold" a lot. Let me make it pretty clear that in game gold is as much of a joke to me as the bat caves mob is to everyone else who sees it. The AH is so corrupt and easy to work off of that I really don't need the half Mill gold that you all seem to think I want to steal. For someone who places over 100$ a month into this game, I'm Sure that half mill will REALLY help me more then my relationship with my buyers - right.

I'll leave it at that. Funny though, when you look up at this forum page, go over this list of names:

I saw this player offering tc's for 100k gold a piece. He took pre-orders and contacted the players once he had the tc's. I spoke to him and he mentioned that he was struggling to keep track of all the people who had ordered tc's. He said he would let me know next time he was taking pre-orders and I could pre-order then.

Ultimately, I took the side of caution and decided I wouldn't give him 100k gold. But, there are many things that convinced me that he wasn't trying rip people off. He just seemed very disorganized. After all, if he was an out-and-out scammer he would have offered to take a pre-order from me straight away, rather than say he will contact me when he was ready. A scammer never passes an opportunity to scam.

To me, he just came across as someone who was very disorganized.

As a note, never have I said here, that this thread was about me being owed a tc. This was made for those in STATS that he owed after he said he was going to quit playing, without even paying them back, as well as all those he did scam.

I also acknowledge that IP ban, temp ban or the like are all rather pointless if you know your way around such, however, it's the principle of the matter, as well as for all those kids that are playing, that do not know better.

If some parent wants to cause a issue, because little Timmy payed for a TC and didn't get the money, or whatever, said parents can do (or at least attempt) some stupid stuff that will just be a headache to Glitchless/Jeff and maybe even for all of us who play this wonderful game.

I'm looking out more for the clan I am in, as well as the gaming community as a whole. If this is crying ... so be it.

OK, let's make a difference here. People seem to think Torak had this whole scamming business going on from step one. Now, I'm not his IRL brother, but as an ex-member of Drake I can say he USED TO keep his promises and obligations. Then he went haywire over misunderstandings in the clan, stupidly killed off his character, and things pretty much went down from there. He said and did some stupid things, but there's nothing to show that, when he made those deals, he didn't have the intention of keeping them.
I really liked the old Torak and I hate to see him going overboard with all the drama and threats, but that doesn't make him a scammer who had that plan all along. I wish he stopped with the petty bullying and I really wish we had the old one back, but don't go demonizing him.

I disagree...a "crime" was committed in Nodiatis and even when reparations are made a "crime" still carries certain punishments. Shoulda thought about that before he stole a buch of sh**
