The game really should have some random events. If you don't want to add in any new code or graphics, just give the civil moderator some mixed level characters to PK with, some gold to run tournaments with and the like.

I agree Orderr.
Also, I never bothered reading this suggestion until now, guess I was imagining something else, but now that I read it I really like the suggestion. There are so many things that can be done with these, and they seem rather straight-forward to code and implement.

This idea is kinda losing the point of nod and kinda turning it into kinda a different game and kinda like people pking only they NPC's and its kinda not got too much point if u want to see orcs and stuff then go to orc camp or orc fort

Have you ever read the storyline? The orcs run NOD, he's saying they could be thinking the puny citizens are getting too powerful (ie: RELIC), and they wanna put us back in our place, I love this idea, something new to do, full support.

Easiest way to do it would be to just cause a huge number of random boss encounters in a random zone once in a while. The bosses continue to attack until the players have killed something like 100 bosses. Not as cool as fighting in town, but it could be done with the existing graphics.
