Recession?!?

I'll fix it with my "Change" Tax!
Effective immediately, or as soon as Glitch sees this, since it must be a totally awesome idea:
Goblin Tax protocols will be changed to distribute the funds to lower level characters, to include "N"s. Only higher level characters with paid accounts will be taxed in this manner.
Clan taxes will contribute in the same manner as well on a % basis to be determinad later, in order to "redistribute" the wealth to the lower level Soldier/Civilians that can't afford paid accounts.
These measures will put the money into the hands of the poorer, lower level players, who can then redistribute it into the economy when they purchase equipment.
(Sound familiar to anyone in the U.S.?)

very nice idea, i would like that you post that in ideas and suggestions

they could help a little if your clan was good enough...

50k = 2% more gold for a month.

so with clan size 100, each player puts in 500g to activate rank 1

500g is 2% of 25,000... so each player would need to make 25,000g from chests in a month to break even on a rank 1. i can tell you right now that some lvl 70's who burn time cards on a regular basis can make 25k from chests in a day easily.

thats 15k+ a month more per lvl 70 character. actually that does kinda suck...at that rate, it would take 6-7 months to break even on what it cost to increase clan size to 100.

rank 2
250k = 4%

so each player puts in 2500g, each player needs to make 125k in a month to break even. not terrible, but not helping much if any, since a clan of 100 active lvl 70's that work together isnt very realistic

Sporky, that's not what I'm saying. Players prefer different runes over the rune of riches. Why? Because they can make more gold with different runes like that rune of plunder. That rune just isn't wanted enough to make a significant impact on the amount of gold. Who would waste a rune slot for rune of riches when others are available? Not realistic indeed.

Rune of plunders? I don't know anyone who uses that rune. Not even a rank 5 would be worth the money.

Rank 5's are the least worth it of any.

Plunder is worth it at rank 1 with 50 k RP cost. More worth it than riches to the individual at least.

A mere 2% decrease to the chance of not finding anything?

Explain to me how that is more effective than the rune of riches.

Anyways, it would be more effective to use ironclad (any rank).

Sherman we're getting off topic.

I make around 35k off trophies a day off skele farming. Maybe 8k from chests.

Do the math. How much would the rune of plunder help me over a month. Moreover, how much would it benefit a clan of people using this. Compare this benefit to that from chests and come back.

I'm sure any lv 70 can agree.

You were the one that said the rune of plunder was worth it.

In any event I grind in obby swamp and make a gain of at least 3k per 2 hours.

The only "recession" going on is the rise in TC prices, everything else is fluctuating, more than usual, but still acceptable.
