Recently my account Purefear was banned for a time card scam that I did not do. I was intending to give the 800k worth of trophies which I had promised but something came up and I did not have the time to go to its spot because of what came up. So I have been trying to talk to glitchless or Jeff so I could tell them what happened but was unable to talk to either to tell so if either of you see this then please tell me so we can get this all sorted out.

I don't actually play the game so correct me if I'm wrong but don't time cards go for like 110k? Why would anyone believe that you were not scamming when you promised to pay someone 800k worth of items for something not worth nearly that and then (big shocker coming) you didn't pay it?

is the single most silly excuse that I have ever seen a game administrator in Nodiatis give about banning a player.

What would you care if another player actually decided to say yes to the deal and gave him the timecard? That is not even considered a proof of his scamming. Please tell us you can come up with better evidence of his scamming other than "the deal was too good to be true and therefore it is a scam".

Another thing: when account passwords were shared and characters were stripped of everything, Glitchless never banned the scammer. When Atrias scammed Blueack of a tc and even admitted to it, he wasn't banned. Now you have someone accusing another player of scamming, and accusation was denied, you banned him saying the deal was too good to be true or that his reasons are lies? CAN YOU PROOF IT WAS A LIE?

BE CONSISTENT.

Note: I am not standing up for purefear. I do not care if he is guilty or not, and I certainly will not have any in-game trades or dealings with him from here on. What I am trying to point out is that you cannot practice double standards here. You either be consistent and ban everyone who is accused of scamming, or allow a man to defend himself from accusations.

Remember, everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

Thank you for the clarification. however as a forums moderator, I expect that her response to purefear should be the official response of the glitchless team, hence when I responded to her post, it was to the game administrators in general and not to her personally.

Additionally, she should not be stating her personal opinions on the matter but stick to the formal response, as it is her responsibility to represent the Glitchless team when she is on this forums (as opposed to representing herself).

ives, i agree with your post...but sometimes people just do whatever they feel like because they can.

^this is why its pointless to try to argue with them. "inhibiting any other user from enjoying the game services". Can you get any more veg than that? basically they can do whatever they want.

but yeah, other games, which have better standings with their users, have rules they abide by and let the users know what they can and cant do so stuff like this doesnt come up. is scamming okay? i think the answer is "sometimes"

clear and concise rules are much easier to follow than "we can do whatever we want, so be nice". every game has players that just want to mess with others and be a jerk in general, and they get way too much attention in nod because of its small community.

if some of this stuff was posted in other game forums, it would be locked/ deleted within hours

What is not in question is that purefear got something and then did not pay back what was owed - time sensitive objects such as trophies too that decay. Obviously he'd repent and repay whatever debt he owed after realizing he had been banned for scamming but if every scammer was given the option to take back their scam then there'd be no reason to ban them in the first place. I'm not a game admin, but I know that bannings from the game are extremely rare and anyone who earns one gets it for good.

Ives you should come with me and my friends when we protest seal clubbings (sometimes nudity is necessary to attract attention to the matter at hand) in Canada rather than wasting your breath protecting scammers. =P
