the only way more wars will be accepted/offered is if you have to be within a certain level range to attack an opposing player. Just like with mobs, no benefit from slaying grays.

This will also help cut back on all the fake wars going on.... or atleast make it that much more difficult. Might as well put another hinderance in the way.

war as is now makes the clans with the most lvl 60+ win ... its that simple the lower levels dont matter any ... a level 20 that can beat level 30+ gets stomped in a war cause theres a lvl 70 in the clan ... most clans wont war cause they are afraid that if they do the other clan will recruit a 60+ merc and just destroy them

that is why it would be beneficial to allow only opposing members within a certain level range to attack one another.
