Im happy with this BM Buff, If an archer draws a Anti-stun gem, i cant kill them unless the gem gets eaten up, now atleast i can compete :/

I can understand the increase in delay, but 25% per whip? Well seems to be a bit excessive.
However everyone has had their say and Jeff has replied.
My point is what about Rangers? An Archer had 5-15% bonus to Max damage. Where as a Ranger has 8-24% bonus to minimum damage.
Now this seems like fair buffs, but in pvp the fight is over before minimum damage can be of any effect.
PvP seems to be uber HP and max damage. I've payed with my build and weapons quite a lot lately and have made some improvement in pvp. However I don't stand a chance against a DW with high HP, even when he is over 2bil less exp.
All my archer Stats are over 70, so there is nothing I can do there. My build could be tweaked for more HP, but not a lot more.
At first this beast thing was looking like a good mover for me, but the 50% killed it. Maybe the 50% can be reduced for Rangers and reduced further for non Archer/Ranger?

It's all good really. I'm adding whips and Owls then I'll use trishots and invicible heals and laugh at everybody when they cry. Then whenever the next ridiculously imbalanced thing comes along thats screws up PvP and makes one toon so overly effective that no one even bothers to compete with it I'll do that too. Maybe the alcoholic patch since they've been so neglected for the past year. Obviously they need a patch that takes them to indestructability against people with better skills and equipment too.

Nuh uh. It's very simple. Brow has discovered that the new patch is HUGELY overpowered and doesn't want me to snitch about it therefore he's pretending I'm FOS so he can be uber l33t and pwn because he doesn't have friends in Luxembourg.

if your an archer you shouldnt even be able to get a bonus off a whip, unless your USING it. and i agree with Slowdive:
[The 2 new skills are cool, i like them but they are nothing to make the beastmaster class stand out as they are have no perk to be gained from actually being a beastmaster. This means that all the other classes are further more a beastmaster then i am. What I ask is jeff Please concider makeing the Beastmaster Class Bonus effect all beastmaster skills. This would make the class more unique,give us a usefull class bonus and keep us as a actual class and not just a sub class that anyone can be.]
if anything throw in a bonus for using a whip but make it exclusive for beastmasters or somthin. i can understand having a hybrid character but your trying to keep from classes being overpowered right?

My idea is to only apply the penalty to the second whip that is equipped.

So far, no one seems to like that idea, but I was just throwing it out there.

DAMNIT!!! I actually searched for this to read it and just saw you bumped it. :/

But yes you can see the smart people here who said Fire and Ice was too good when it first came out and the stupid people who said it wasnt.

It is also hilarious how long ago this patch was and how OP it was just no one figured it out til later but it still has been a dominant force PvP for over half a year.
