how about a rune that allows your second and third equipment sets ...that stat mods to effect when wearing your first set......could definately turn a war or battle

Ok. Then how about this - only some rare runes could be found. Of course, they should be a little bit more powerful.

It would be nice to have a rune negate the effects level has on mobs and make it more of a PvP system. that way you dont miss all the time.

Some Runes should allow Clan mates bonuses or incentives of some kind to allow crafting to be more lucrative, for say, making someone a clan crafter?

pve, WHAT IS THAT? runes as I c r 4 clans only and shood not be use for individual battles. if it's a clan thingy, then it shood b clan only, not an personal thingy.
