I agree,all clans should be use them,war ones,or peaceful,doesn't matter.If they fulfill rune power requirements,they should be granted the right.
Also,I think that runes that affect entire clan should indeed exist.Mind you,not all of the runes should be as such,but a handful should exist. E.g. + % exp to one skill for all clan members. I'd say mostly the generic runes be these,while the rune-per-individual be more unqiue.

also there should be a clan button that brings up a page with your clan information where your members can access the runes, instead of passing them out.
i.e. list of members/runes/total runepower/ranks etc.

I would perfer unqiue effects over extra damage.Especially in pvp...which would be more interesting Venge,a 10 sec luck fight between two max'ed levels,both using generic crushers,full str who hit 1ks with proposed increase in damage,or a slash and crush going at it with unqiue rune battle effects?

Would like to see runes that allow for truly unqiue battle tactics.Allowing players as much as 10 levels under another to best them in combat.Stats and skills should be equally important to combat level difference.

archeorunology should work just like slash or pierce
I dont think its fair to give a lvl 1 in the clan a +30% attack rune for instance.
make it so archeorunology allows the lvl rune that the clan purchased to be equipped.
or
another idea is to make it so archeorunology gives u a set percentage perhaps 5% per skill level of the bonus granted by a rune. lets say again for the 30% increase attack rune, each lvl of archeo runology provides 5% of that 30% bonus upto 200% at lvl 100
numbers are flexible but u get the idea

I love that idea poo, about the skill being used to get as much of the rune power % thats promised by the rune as possible.

Runes will be clan based items??? how exactly are runes going to work, will clan masters be putting them in something like a vault and they give beneficial powers to the clan member as they dwindle Rune Power?
Or with Runes actually be individual based and players will equip the runes in one of their 6 rune slots and they will be active as long as your a clan member so long as the clan has RP to keep them active?
Is there going to be 2 different kinds of runes? clan based and individual based?

how about some runes with effects such as (%)chance to cause (dmg) posion/bleed/disease etc. over (sec)
i think these would really benefit lower lvl characters

Oh, what about being able to see Pks for a limited time span with a specific rune equiped!
and of course, a counter-view for that rune with another rune!

well if they are individual based then there could be rune that give +5 to your slashing skill and all other skills , a rune like that being clan based wouldn't help out a lot of its members.
