Women in charge now that is something I like to see, few key points for both parties invovled.
No clan is ever perfect, if you try to obtain perfection you will soon find discontent and defections everywhere.
Someone always wants to be leader, they might not say it to your face but rest assured someone wants your power, lets face it a clan with members has more power then a disheveled player who just randomly joins a band of merry men.
A great player can take down ANY group one person, thats all it takes remember that.
A clan is only as strong as its weakest member.
And Last and surely not least, Make a desision and strick with it, as a leader and as a clan you do not have time to be all nice nice all the time, A leader leads people where they want to go, A Great leader leads people where they don't want to go, but need to be.

I think clan honour is a pretty good clan the raffle is good and most of the members of the clan are nice although I don't like some of them

I'm not lonely, confused, or by myself. I never really said anything negative about you or your clan, in my opinion, but I feel that this is still pointed at me as well as others.

I don't think he was saying women shouldn't/couldn't lead...unless I'm really reading that incorrectly, he was glad there are women led clans. (and your's isn't the only one).
Gender isn't the important trait, it is leadership and the skills/methods used to lead. A good leader is a good leader no matter their sex.
