How to report a technical game issue:

7. Lock-upped and frozen, no "Attempting to re-establish... 49 seconds" message.

I enter a shop, then my applet freezes mid-way upon loading the items.

I open up a trade window, then the applet freezes again.

I can do nothing except scroll the window bar vertically and horizontally - at which point the applet turns black in those places i've scrolled away from. Nothing to do except close that tab and browser window. This only happens on Brother account, and not on my alts.

Any help or insight is much appreciated.

I've encountered the locking up again every time I open up a trade window, and now even when I open up to see my Inventory and Storage. Any idea why this is happening? It seemed to be resolved for this past week, but it's started again. And it only happens on Brother account.

Having a problem with Chrome.

When I click on the $ sign, the logos for visa, pay by cash and mail all appear twice, once bellow the other. It's only an aesthetic issue but just thought you should know. Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere.

its not chrome i use it and its fine for me im on vista tho not xp

Got a new laptop, windows 7 this time, chrome again, still have the double logo problem listed above.

I have a problem accessing Nodiatis through my Apple Imac the startup screen appears and asks me to log in the submit button is than grey I then unticked the ssl selection and started again and entered my login info but it it comes up with saying connecting and then a few seconds connection timeout can someone please help.

i cant log in in nodiatis and i dont know why...
2 days ago i had to restart my pc and since then i cant log on nod.
i used a restore point and cleaned my browser chache but that didnt help...
i cant get further than the log in page where i have to fill in my character name and password
the button submit stays grey and when i switch off the ssl encryption it lights up again after i refreshed the page... (also tried what it said on the on the updating announcements)
under the updating announcements is also empty what i dont understand....
if asnyone knows what to do help me plz
now i played nod for 2 days now and i dont like it

I have some connection issues with nod, the java player is timing out every few minutes since few hours.

I have Windows XP, using Firefox, version of player is 1.264, Java version is 1.6.0_17, I have four nod clients running and receive messages "Attempting to re-establish connectivity to server... Timeout in 49 seconds...".

It usually works fine on this computer with four clients, my internet connection is checked and ok.

I am trying to figure out why I have not received any drops in over 1 week. My last drop from a mob was on 12/13. I figure I have around approximately 30+ hours of rrt that I have expended without a drop. Before the 13th, I was averaging 2-3 days between drops.

since the new update , i have been in arena and when i pull out a cantrip and use it sometimes another gem does not appear from my pouch to come into play,
the cantrip works fine when fighting mobs just happens solely in arena

Is it a damaging cantrip? If so, if it gets prevented from things such as epic pets, it stops you from drawing a new gem. Not 100% sure about this by the way, it is just my observation that this happens when I myself am doing arena.

So i looked at what it had to offer and one of the things was "Removes ALL trade restrictions" but it does not, I am still restricted to a certain amount of auctions items that I can auction at once.

aight here it goes...


so on the 16th of march 2012, i was opening trade with my alt *milflover* and my main *mrpopo* and i was trading a tc for 150k gold... but i also gave milflover a 58 quiver that my mrpopo had in storage. mrpopo doesnt have the virts for the 58 quiver yet, so i dont understand how he was able to trade the epic without virts, and also able to trade while being a "n"


in otherwords, milflover was the only paid account in the trade, and he recieved an epic during the trade, from a "n".
