The game already works like that. If you're not going out of your way to make as few moves as possible, you're not maximizing your chances.

Weird, I've been both lazy and run tight games and never noticed any difference in my what kind of dust drops I've gotten before.

I wonder , is it as few moves only or time does matter as well ?
If it's not time sensitive it would help to work on strategy giving you bit more thinking time.

An clarification would help .
Thanks.

I find this hard to believe as games that were over quick in minimal moves have given me t1 dusts before and games that took forever, have given t20+. It's broken and is completely random as to what it yields for completion.

I agree with DL on the aspect of heroic mode and compass, this should automatically be a minimum of t3 dusts, nothing worse than killing a heroic 100+ mob and getting t1 dusts

I also feel that neither moves or time impacted the result for this mini game.

If it does it must be a small chance not really noticeable.
As Qratos said it also keep happening to me - the easy setups with fewer moves yeld low tiers while mini games with small clusters requiring more moves drops better tiers.

Perhaps double checking the code and allowing heroic/compass/tool to affect it would fee a bit more rewarding . Not like T4 has and use compared to T1 but looks better .

Anyways , since now we know only moves counts a tests can be done and large test in spreadsheet should either confirm or deny it.
Anyone on board to supply some data , then we can sum it together ?

The companion patch will include a slight change to the dust game to improve clarity on what is occurring and increase the influence of the move count.
