IDK if adding one extra digit to gold amount is even possible yet. Glitch might have to rewrite the entire script on gold capacity.

Please absolutely no raising gold cap. That's worst change it may occur - if someone doesn't see why it's pointless to even have an discussion.

However, and introduction of more desired items that's value it's not diminish over time would solve the only issue with selling uptiered LG's.
Perhaps travel companions etc would be such tradable thing.

Raising cap will open flood gate and cannot be reverted if things go wrong.

There is plenty other forms of paying rather than gold.

Most of your suggestions are horrible and pointless, though they've gotten more reasonable over time unlike Pale's. This is definitely not a pointless discussion though.

TCs ARE the desired item where the value doesn't depreciate over time. It's already been the solution for selling LGs worth more than the gold cap for a long time. The argument here is that constantly having to buy TCs just so you can keep farming without going over gold cap is what's keeping the TC prices higher, since the gold cap creates an artificial demand for TCs, and thus, raising TC prices due to the law of supply and demand. Plus it's a mild annoyance when people have to use two or more forms of currencies in order to buy/sell LGs valued higher than the gold cap.

(Sometimes you need to push things to the limit to see where boundaries are - once you figured you play within limits you got. Don't forgot I used to be new and started on S2 - once I moved on S1 my view dramatically changed as there is 2 different worlds)

Anyways back on track:
I agree with what you saying but it's only temporary solution and soon will create more problems. More gold reserves would diminish it's value and drive prices up. Not to mention number of trades would drop due hoarding and/or people waiting for "better deal"on things.

We would see no activity and once something show up at good price it would be instantly bough in bulk.

Other than TCs you named there is also t30 resins widely used in end game crafting thats value won't diminish.

Don't forget that game still evolving and there is limitless room for content and improvements. I have tons of ideas (reasonable) what to add to make nod more interesting and unique without breaking it.

I'm anxious about travel companions and it's mechanics - it's one of the addition that has huge potential and if done right it opens way to personal customization of everyone playstyle.

Companions could affect anything from combat through crafting resourcing or even social experience. But this is too big of a topic so should leave it for separate thread

You've only explained what you think will happen, now I'd like to know WHY you think those things will happen, so we can have a more productive debate than Pale ever will.

As for the resin thing, yes they're still somewhat desired due to crafting uses but they're only 875k gold each (iirc) and TCs sell for nearly twice that amount so you can store more value in one stack using TCs than using t30 resins, which makes a huge difference for people like DTM. Plus tcs can be used for standard/premmy time and other paid upgrades so they're hoarded more than t30 resins.
