The sad part is... he is right. Unless he gets IP banned or some op ban of some sort he will keep returning.. same thing happened when his first toons got banned.

Back in 2008, a player we all grew to respect and enjoy playing with created a Nodiatis account and named it Mistressofterror. She played for a while and then had to leave because her computer died and she couldn't replace it. Unfortunately, a two-faced scammer player who we all know as Loxley/Beldaron/Crusher convinced her that he/she was a good person and she gave the toon to the scammer.

Most of us who got scammed thought we were dealing with the same trustworthy player we all grew to know, and gave loans on the promise that it would be paid back and got scammed. I personally did not (yet). But it pissed me off to see Wendy's account and good name dragged through the mud as Loxley/Beldaron/Crusher continued to do with no one stopping him or doing anything about it despite the forum posts, civil posts, etc.

Then he asked me for TC's. I sickened me seeing him scamming with that account as my friend, so I asked him to give up MoT and he could have 20...only once I changed the p/w and had changed the email adress to my address. He let me, and I gave. After that, all the scamming in my friend Wendy's name stopped and people were no longer being duped.

And now recently, Loxley/Beldaron/Crusher has scammed Glitchless into thinking he is Wendy with a fake Mistressofterror2010@yahoo.com account and some payment information from when he/she spent money as her.

I have contacted the real Wendy and asked her to contact Glitch to put an end to this before Loxley/Beldaron/Crusher can scam anyone else.

I did what I did because sometimes doing a good thing is against a rule. I wanted to put an end to Wendy's reputation being destroyed, and most of all, I wanted to protect the Nodiatis community from this idiot. It comes as a natural thing to me from 18 years of U.S. Naval Service and I hate seeing good people suffer. I've never broken a rule before this nor have I ever broken one afterwards. Most importantly I have NEVER scammed anyone.

I only ask that Glitchless considers the facts as there are plenty of posts in here about the account being misused before it changed to my email, and be gentle in deciding a course of action.

Princenuada has always been a good, trust worthy, helpful player and clannie. i hope that he will be allowed to continue on in nod. it would be very sad to see him dragged down with loxley and his nonsense.

We've banned Oatmeal too, now. Currently under his control. Looks like he had access to Shadowhock recently, but he's been warned to change his PW.

The character Mistressofterror will remain banned, as it was used in scams and bought/sold. Princenuada will not be dragged into this further.
