s2 chat off on s1

the only people who want to ignore s2 are the people who are upset that server 2 even exists, not the fact people are on there. im getting pretty fed up of the arogance of SOME of the s1 players who think they are an elitest group just because they are on s1.

if you want to turn s2 off fine, he will do it in due time, please stop bitching about it EVERY TIME A S2 PLAYER TALKS. we get it, you dont like your 'parent' dividing time between siblings, most children are the same.

I think S2 was a great idea, sadly most of the people there are old S1 players who ruined it for new players to inflate their own epeens. Now that chats are merged those same players seem to do little other than mouth off in chat.

Considering how hostile S2 players are to S1, you'd think they'd jump at the chance to toggle S1 off.

Chats were merged to make s2 seem more lively since, allegedly i don't play it, the chat was dead most of the time. S1 does not necessarily hate s2 for "catching up quicker than we thought" as gooddevil said nor because they are the favorite child as chloe said (both servers recieve the same treatment maybe even more biased towards s1 since the only s2 posts are from gooddevil asking on behalf of those who don't wish to bother to post).

Everything Enduir said was correct. S2 was good in theory but in actual implementation it was the players who ****ed it. The vets who were mid level or lower tier in terms of strength on S1 could just dump some money on a new server and be the top dog on there since they failed on S1. Using their knowledge of how to speed the process of leveling up they were at cap in a week, legendaries in a month. A lot of them let it go to their head and seem to want to brag about how good they are in chat and in some cases say they could beat X on S1. If we cannot cross server ignore specific players that do this then allow us to shut out the server as a whole.

Frankly I am indifferent but others do not wish to see the epeen measuring

I personally think joining chat idea was great in mind, but fatal in practice. Every time somene tries to help eachother on s2, there are running people from s1 misguiding ppl in term of s1/s2 differences and telling newbies that s1 is better, s2 sucks, you all on s2 are noobs and wont win with anyone on s1. Jesus, I agree that noone here could even bite most of you on s1, but what kind of comparison is it? Whose polla is longer?

Stop saying that people have dropped a lot of money into s2 and gone pro. Maybe some, but there is a range of top players that, if they buy tc, they buy 5 a month - like me, not because I need it, but because I appreciate Glitchless work.

It is possible to complete a hudge stack of TC without buying any from $ there on s2. Its because only few people burn them. It makes it easier to mainain market at good condition and keep TC price quite steady. Do you remember times on s1, where TS where 50k/ea? I do. And by the time ppl werent stronger than today are people on s2 are.

I personally wont vote for separating chats. But I would vote up for few squelshes for misguiding, misinforming, bad marketing and cultivating self ego. And all of those would concern ppl from s1. At most reasons meaning here Kingzs, whom I liked, but I'm pretty fed up with. Sorry Kinky, me turning chats here just because of you is unfair for the rest of ppl, who deserve peace and nondrama game.

Conclusion: S1 players are stronger ONLY because better gear and perks are available to them NOT because they better players.

In my opinion both servers should have different content so people no longer look at them side by side.

S2 is just artificially limited by Glitchless by lower cap / no pilgrimage /epic quests and access to good weapons/pets.

Make pets/weapons morphable and we all grind happy.

Having a toggle to mute s1 or s2 won't forcibly split the 2 chats. I can't really see why people would be against it. If you don't want chats split then ....don't ignore the other server. If someone does ignore the other server that just means less complaining. It just seems anyone who wants the servers chat forced together wants to cultivate more drama.

S2 is a different game than S1. Same type game board. Same type game pieces. Like two different checker games. The key word is different. When I'm involved in Game 1, I don't care what is going on in Game 2 and someone chatting about Game 2 in my ear is irritating. If I want anything to do with Game 2, I would be sitting at that game board. Chat should never have been unified and an option to mute cross server chat is valid and needed. Some people may care what's going on at the other game table and if they do, then they should not exercise the option of muting cross server chat. But those of us that don't care should not be forced to listen to the noise from the other checker game.

Jeez, I really can't understand wth is everyones problem here..

1. there CAN'T be confusion who speaks what and when and from which server since it says who's on what server.

2. I don't see people purposefully misguiding s2 people, and since that was brought up few times I actually paid attention last few weeks to that and people from s1 were just as helpful to s1 nubs as they were helpful to s2 nubs.

3. I think this hate is made up by s2 people to seek for some drama since I keep seeing 2 same people constantly whining there's some rivalry and crap which in fact there isn't any. Since as Yado said, it's two different games.

4. For BOTH chats is beneficial to have more people since more chats=more people being attracted to game and potentially more new players liking it since, I for one, prefer chatty chats rather than dull, boring and dead (don't forget more guidance and help can be provided to new people if chats are merged)

5. I don't see why there shouldn't be filter though if people are for whatever reason annoyed with other server chats, but I hope it will be toggleable since I do intend to keep both chats on.

So yeah, I fail to see why would there be ANY rivalry between servers since we are in NO WAY comparable

Personally i like active community chatting makes the grind so much more pleasant, with multiple people chatting about whatever topics can make it seem like your not farming at all then when u look you have farmed away all your rrt
