New Spell Books and Orbs

I think Casters are already pretty OP...I like the idea, but maybe instead of two new items in the archery slots, I think it would be better to put one item in the left hand slot instead and have to choose between the orb or book

I support this, but maybe it could be adjusted so it doesn't seem a caster buff. You could make wands a one-handed weapon, but not usable with shields in which would be replaced by books. Books could have a low ac rating, some stats and a proc. This would help put in some variety without going to far. Especially since there is a lack in the variety of staves available. Jumping from 69-99 for a staff just doesn't feel right.
