It's just a little confusing due to the recent thread about Caster/Tank/Healer being the only viable arena build that all of a sudden now Caster DPS is garbage and BMs are the new movement (pun intended). We haven't changed anything since then, have we?

Alright, no comment about the PvP aspect, but still, PvE should be looked at.

But, I must say, your "regeneration" movement is going to make classic Tank/Healer/Caster obsolete soon.

You know how long it's been since the last regen buff? Well over an arena season I believe. One would think it would have happened already.

You need to realize the cost of certain builds, and the fact a lot of people don't have the time to either farm the gold or make a total build switch. 1 million gold to me is 1 days worth of rrt, and to others, it might be a month's worth.

Also, go look at least season's rankings. Go look at the top 25 or so, and see how many have at least one regen on the team.

We realize that, which is precisely why we try not to jump to action every time there's a thread about this or that being OP or UP. Everyone seems to have their favorite build to bash on or beg for buffs for, but there's a real lack of consensus. Which, honestly, is the way we want it

Regardless, casters could use some love PvE, or at least something like a bowset skill buff or something. Double Bond doesn't cut it anymore.

This skill gives staff users up to 25% of the stats/procs/tempers of the bowset they have linked to to their slots.

Allow casters to drop mad gold into bowset slots, bu no funtion whatsoever, but allow them to utilize some of the benefits of having them there.

Or, introduce new mini-bowset items casters can link in with some sort of minimal benefit.

So what you're looking for is a buff for casters that only works in PvE. I'm pretty sure if you did that someone would just whine about it not working to their abusive advantage in PvP or that they had to rebuild their char to accommodate the change.

look, I'm all for PvE buffs. I'm not a PvP player. But in a day, a month, or a year; players will just whine more because what they got wasn't perfectly crafted to be what they wanted. Or they couldn't abuse it, therefore it wasn't working properly for them.

Because archers can use staff too and they can't use bow.


"archer can do 1 critical od 18k 3 shots, and bm can do like 14k openin, warior with 2h can do 8k -23k".
That kind of high damage is extremely rare with trishot on archers.

I am archer and i use staff to verify if working for archers. All my skills in death and psich are 90 and i use r19 dd gems, some epic, some normal. 2-3 minutes kill in DMW with staff and rupture was about 1-3k and coming too slow. Some fights has no rupture at all.

Let Glitch to allow for archers and casters to use bow and staff togeter only for one or two months and see what happens.

I got a better idea.

Let's make a pure PvE class with Pure PvE items.

Make it so that class cannot participate in any PvP activities. No Arena, no Death match, no Clan Battles, etc.

10 sec. after doing ALL of this work..... Whine Whine Whine...................................

Tell you what... if you can up with a buff for traders that in no way shape or form, can affect the PvP abilities of the character.... I'll support it.
