As the master of loony clan. I am asking you to unmute roo in that clan. I dont care about any other chat options but i feel as the master of the clan i have the right to request such thing.if he is offensive towards my other members ill kick him.and then he will be mute again anyway. Loony is not like other clans tho, we dont demand members to speak or act a certain way. However, even with that freedom i see that the members are actually more envolved and appropriate over other clans i have veer in.

In summary, as the master of loony, please let roo talk in our clan... The clan that we spent irl money to sell tcs and expand and such.

as a clan master i can understand where you are coming from, but in the terms of rights, as the creator of the game, i believe his right to squelch or mute a toon trumps your right as a clan master in his game, and by allowing clan masters the right to unmute toons he has muted, is undermining his power and authority within the game.

If he can talk in clanchat then people can help him advertise in civil/uncivil , ask q's on his behalve as well and thus undermining the squelch. He has a toon in the arcs as well.

He can always ask people on the Facebook Nod page to do the things you say he'd be using clan chat for.

I see no harm in it, it should be an option for clan masters to semi-squelch anyone from clan chat

Stayed out of this thread for a bit. What it comes down to in my eyes is this. Does a permasquelch even do anything? The absolute worst thing about being squelched is you can't gate/recall or trade, and clearly he can do those things. I would say civil banning him would do the same job, honestly.

Hell, even civil/uncivil squelch him if it is that bad to inconvience him, but let him speak in clans at least where he is welcomed and appreciated.

It's already been done you ignorant moron, that's why he was banned in the first place. The money all went into a bank account in Manilla. It didn't happen to me however so it's not like I have records jammed in my ass. You are so behind the times lol It's not slander if it's true dear. And it is about the fact that banned people are still allowed to play and yet he cannot speak, the punishments are out of proportion. It isn't my fault your sense of logic is non existent. What makes you think that his punishment was put in place purpose for a reason and yet theirs wasn't?

According to your very small mind, it's appropriate for him to be punished but for everyone else to evade banne and run wild SMFH .

It is about roo but that doesn't mean you can't use examples of other people who are not in trouble / squelched that have done wrong. Kinda like rulings in old court cases being used in current court cases.

Well glitch isn't an idiot, Roo has made an account to talk in civil and im sure he knows of it and it hasn't been perma muted....yet. Granted that account still starts **** with daer and such so that doesn't bode well for the "new and reformed Roo"

As to the entire "Free/keep caged roo" thing... I really don't think that any of this will change his status at all, And more importantly since he effectively can talk in some form or fashion, It kinda sounds like everybody already won this argument on both sides.

That aside...This kinda caught my attention and I'd like to say that... It doesn't matter if your the master of loony. As a clan master and actual creator, not just the position handed down to me, being a clan master has no relevance on status within the game in regards to the management of the game itself. Nor does the amount spent to upgrade a clan.

I've personally done every upgrade for my clan alone. That doesn't give me any manner of entitlement. Your real life fund generated contributions while noteworthy to the clan you master, are completely and utterly irrelevant to any matter of this nature. Loony is a good clan that i'm a part of currently, and statements like that give a poor impression of the people within.

Anyway, Since glitch has been entirely silent on the matter I'd go ahead and suspect he has no interest in replying to it by now making this effort a little futile. But that's just my guess.
