No offense, but if you can't prove it he didn't say it. And like I said there are many people I can think of getting multiple chances. Civil only people won't see him. Let's him start to communicate and get back into the Nod world. Almost a year is a good period. People steal and get less (in America).

Yes. I dislike Roo. Why? Because he went so far as to find my personal information online, post in in uncivil, then call my home phone at all times of night. Then, when I reciprocated without reporting him, he tried to get me banned for doing the same thing. But, forget that. Let's say he's really changed. Awesome. Unsquelch him. Civil ban him. Can say what he likes in /u. But I am in no way suggesting you limit this to Roo, Roo is just the one who constantly has people begging for him to get unbant every time it happens. DTC should have been permanently IP banned years ago, but he has no bearing on this situation, because you don't see anyone begging for him to be unbanned.

Excuse me? He is not begging people to get him unbanned, and neither am I, I made this thread since he is in my clan and I do not know him and we cannot communicate. Whatever issues he has with you is not my concern, I would just assume you would ignore him and move on from whatever bull**** you two went through before.

I'm saying it won't happen, because this has happened several times before and he always ends up banned again. Tired of seeing this pop up in chat and on the forums every couple months, just like it did with Sherman and even (god help us) Poo, until Glitchless started handing out squelches and bans to the people trying to get them unbanned.

How is making a request begging? Going to extremes? I can only assume you exaggerate about him since you seem to still be bitter. Ignore him and move on. It is that simple.

Which is a fair point but then I look at Helzing and the fact that he extorted money out of another player and then had his friends spam their personal life on the forum and yet he is back and everyone seems to have forgiven it and moved on.

I am not saying that what Roo did to you is right but I also think it's unfair to keep him squelched when Helzing is not banned.

Let roo back to uncivil. If he messes up, ban his accounts. it is that simple. he still continues to pay and to play and that should be recognized. 290 days permasquelch is enough, and one person should not keep him from communicating with the rest of us.

ok i dont want to say this but i tried ignoring as much as i can but... dude are u pointing fingers on others ? and acting all saint and angel your the worst player on nod in ever single way and to proof that u have been kicked out of almost every clan and for a long amount of time no clan wanted u in and a huge % of nod actually hates u and almost nobody takes u seriously so enough your attention grabing stunt now go elsewhere
