A Possible 2H Piercer Minimal "Buff"

All of this gets a bit frustrating. All we do is just argue and fight over our opinions. It would be perfect if glitchless would calm us all down and say something so we can shut our mouths.

Okay well about this for a potential buff.

Since Puncture bypasses ac when it happens why not add a new level 80 skill to give piercers more of an anti tanking niche

Skill level 80

Pierce Shields

Gives a flat 10% chance (20% for 2h) to have a percentage of their damage bypass damage shields at skill level 100 when this procs all damage will go through damage shields.

or even

Shield destruction level 80
each point in this skill increases your piercing damage when it is mitigated by a shield by .5% per point (1% for 2handers)

I like this kind of ideas. Makes piercing something special and different from others.. This kind of "buff" gets my support.

2h pierce was ahead of DW, but that was purely cause of the bloodlets. 2h had higher, and could proc it on every hit. DW was only 35%, with slightly lower. When that changed, it made DW ahead of 2h, as it had the faster delay, with the legendary weapons, basically the same min damage, made it so that it was similar bloodlets, coming faster.

Yes, the most appealing part of 2H piercer was given to 1H also, which puts a burden on us 2Hs to still try to outperform them instead of switching.. And the 15% ? More chance to poisonbolt really isn't enough....
