Adding more my opinion.

Why casters hurt su much? loads of skills @100. And its not cheap to build good caster.

Try tanking skills @100 combined with what i said previously and then talk again.

exactly if a tank dies first that means he is doing his job, its up to his team to make sure he lasts by killing the other team

So true! Playing the game as a tank is all about adjusting and learning.... if some DPS gets a buff, learn what he can do to u and try and build ur way around it.... thats the fun part... having the best try and kill u is fun,,, not have all the buffs and powers and play the game as if u had cheat codes or something...

And about tank versus casters. Well get your suit, skills and pouch fixed and your good. If all good doesnt matter who your faceing DD or DoT. You need flexibility. And for DoTs..... yes they are good but not that good if your good as tank. Last season my team (melee only) was real threat to best DoT team. You just have to to do right thing and so do your teammates.
If you get killed in like 10-20sec... then in that time your team mates have to kill opponents... thats it if not then you need to work not complain.

Raze was needed because...? Am I missing something?

When I did max damage calcs a few months back, I calculated max DD hit at 20k (with quadcast). Now they have less chance to be blocked...and you need a ridiculous amount of cnt to resist them...so...

This is what my OriginalPost was aimed at...

I see that Dot's and DD's were inbalanced, and DoT's needed a 'nerf'..which they recieved... but were DD's underpowered vs. the rest of Nod's builds????

now that they recieved a buff, what about Dw'ers?... what about ranged users?... 2her's ?...

when you buff 1 build, it effects all:
now.. ranged users and 2hers really really cannot compete against a team w/ a DD'er as the DPS (arena)... dw'ers, being the jack o' all trades / avg build, good offense, good defense, ability to throw on whip(s) and a shield if needed, fall behind too, probably more than the other builds who only fall behind in defense vs DD's (shield users) or offense compared (2her's and ranged... ranged to a degree as they are also jack's o' all).... dw'ers fall short b/c their DPS now falls even furthur behind and their defense (when shield is equipped) falls at same time.

My notion is that if Jeff/Glitchless wants more DPS in game, DD users should not be the only way to get at it. A majority of builds should receive benefits to a new skill which creates more DPS, as to keep the perceived balance b/t builds/classes.

DDs only got a buff against shields which they absolustely suck against. Stop the typical "whaa I want more DPS whining"

No, DDs being used only by staff users (not bows) got a buff against the only counter to them...

Actually the way its worded I think non staff users get 10% reduction and staff users get 20%. The best defense a shield gave was against dd gems. It may still though. I don't use a shield so I personally cant say.
