Characters Banned for Account Theft

I know LD really didnt want to make a big deal out of this, he didnt even ask for a ban, he just wanted his toon back. I spoke with both LD and dinhoruiz yesterday after this all happened.

The story i got from LD was, he lent dinhoruiz shadowchanter to help him out a long time ago. He didnt give him the account to keep, and dinho agreed with this statement while i spoke between the 2 of them yesterday. During the christmas break, dinho decided it would be ok to change the email on the account, without anyone knowing. Now, if he was so sure that LD had given him the character, all he had to do was ask LD to change the email on the account, without it looking suspicious.

I spoke to dinho yesterday as well, and asked him what was going on, he explained to me that LD had given him the account. He later decided he was gonna give the character back, and when i asked LD if he has heard from dinho he said no. So I opened the lines of communication again with dinho, and he later admitted to me that he wasnt going to give the character back to LD because LD reported it to glitchless, and he was waiting for glitchless to comment on the matter. Dinho had the opportunity to make things right, but waited to hear about a result from Glitchless. He had no intention of giving the character back, so im my eyes the ban was justified.

i have got the intention of giving back yes, but the toon was not in my hands animore, and already reported. then i wanted to wait to see what happen. i never used that toon, i never wanted to have something with that toon. i just given it alway. to see it being used and i never agreed with any statement of ld, he never did it. he only sayd to me the toon is mine to dont leave with empit hands, the 28 tcs i left with was mine and he know. salomon is not my toon, and baalmon is not too. the real thing are. they want really to make trouble to try ban me. is only that. they happy because salomon banned. but they want me banned too.... and the end is, when the sir glichless dont solve salomon and baalmon, or me in case of ban. is only 2 good player - in game because nothing. they just using this useless toon to try ban me.
is nothing + nothing - than that.

heres the prediction i bet dinho and his scamming group's next target is underkidd they already earned his trust and i am really hoping he dont get scammed by these morons and my mistake i shuda reported him or posted in forum when he scammed me first time

dinho group of scammers = negolozin / dinhoruiz / dinho = the beggar / ivupani = not 100% sure abt him / saloman / zygarie just watch out for these guys they all are irl friends live somewhere in brazil and are scammers or beggars

If you're sitting a toon for someone and they go inactive for a while doesnt mean you can outright take the account. I used to account sit for a clannie and he left for about 5 months and i never attempted to take advantage of his absence. And please for the sake of the forums learn better english. =/ I had a hard time reading that

Personally, I always find it funny when people use passwords that are easy to guess, such as:

Ideally people should use an Alpha-Numeric

No, just access to the toon is enough to change an email. If you dont have access to the email to confirm the change, you only have to wait 10 days for the email to automatically change. From there you can change the password to whatever you like once you have changed the email addy.

Well, im somewhat confused, since i dealt with both u and LD, and with dinho...

im portuguese, and dinho/salomon/ivan/gatinho are all brasilian... so we speak in our native language

the thing is, i know none of u irl, but ingame, u have never deceived me. Here is what i know:

dinho PLed me once on artemiss with tarrasque... salomon was a guy i havent dealt much with, but we chatted sometimes... ivanpavani i only traded with him once or twice, never chatted... negolezin was dinhos account, but then he gave it to gatinho (a kid, the one who is playing my account vampyre, wich i dont have time for it atm, and i rather borrow it to a kid without nothing, so he can have fun)... so about them, i think there is gatinho, dinho, salomon, and ivanpavani... dunno nothing about shadowenchanter cause im not very active these days due to exams, but if they did scam ld, ban is what's necessary... on the other hand, if it was a missunderstanding (wich is common since gatinho doesnt speak english, and the others are not very found of it, so they often ask me to translate things), ld should have his account back and salomon should be unbanned... the other toon, wich is baalmon, i know gatinho uses it too, dunno about salomon...

this is all very confusing, we all know account sharing is against the rules, but some ppl made chars they cant play sometimes, and just want to give other ppl the chance to do it... dunno what happened between dinho and trojan, all i know is that dinho was trying to get the 99 crusher, got it, sold it to someone, and trojan said he scammed tcs, and dinho said he didnt, but i got no proof in any of the statements...

so the deal is, either they give the account back to ld, and i can talk to them in portuguese ingame to see if it was a misunderstanding, and salomon gets unbanned, or that was true, they scammed, and he deserves a ban... i dont know much about salomon, but he seemed a not that bad guy... gatinho is just a kid, begs alot, etc, but doesnt seem a bad kid either, and at least he is trying to learn, and i try to teach him some english (yeah i know im a lamme teacher xD)...

and one more thing, my 3 accounts share same email, so if they try to change it, it will pop up the ad and i will take my account back... and this never happened till now

so its up to glitch, im here to help with whatever i can, like being the translator between trojan/ld and dinho/salomon or something, just try to catch me ingame...

and pls, stop the hate, it doesnt take u anywhere, i rather be a noob that has friends (even if ingame, then an "OPed" toon alone in the dark

lol RT xD... and true i see ure point daer, but i also know its not that easy to confirm these things since alot of ppl share accounts or borrowed accounts in the past... i must admit that i wouldnt know what to do in a situation like this, since they cant resolve those things between them...
