I support, thorin sometimes switches up to 3 sets while in a arena match. Also while farming higher then pit solo i switch to heal real fast if needed.

Implement this with something that grants you "combat beginning bonuses" the first time you use a suit in battle.

Make having multiple suits a must (MOAR GOLD SINKS) and a tactical decision too.

Of course, the switching from staff to non-staff would still imply a stun, same with removing a shield.

When in an arena match or PvP duel or even in with a mob, when you need to change suits you need to open up your inventory thus taking your eyes away from the battle. Same goes for a gem pouch if you need to switch to escapes or a heal pouch you have to open up that window.

My suggestion is that you get little icons in the upper left-hand corner of the screen 3 for changing suits and 3 underneath that for switch pouches.

Even down on the bottom next to the storage and rune chest you could have 2 buttons, 1 for suits and 1 for gems when opened a winow would pop up similar to storage and runes do but you would have 3 mini views of your suit/gem pouch and you click which one you want.

support the gem pouch window. the suiting is pretty much covered by setting to default pvp...but not for any other instance.
